acclaim for her performance of I Dreamed a
Dream, from Les Miserables, at her audition
which aired in April on the first show.
An estimated 20 million viewers are expected
to tune in to watch the live final of ITV's Talent

Enough Bananas !

Because the news from Italy are still distressing...
(e.g. : the Mills' affair) since Italians themselves
seem unable to ward off fate...

Was this one a 'Mission' ? Nope.

...

Not exactly... let's say a good soirée at Le Blue Billard.

(111, rue Saint-Maur - Paris XI).

And the Blue Bayou is just upstairs, for a Jambalaya or another cajun course.

Sri Lanka's protest goes on in Paris...

Place de la République, Paris XI, on May 7th (...)

Tens of thousands of innocent civilians are trapped
in a shrinking 3 square kilometer (1.6 miles) conflict
zone,
bombarded by government artillery and used
as human shields by the rebels.
The Japanese government, Sri Lanka's major donor and close regional partner, has
the power to help stop this humanitarian disaster.

We can help too.

On a mission in town...

Yes, in Paris XI...

... somewhere along the Canal St. Martin, which is still my fief,
(below, some canal's inhabitants).

But what about the mission, the very mission ?
Here it is :

1
2

and 3...
I finally made my choice, mostly because I have to
give back
the T100 I borrowed to a friend, and the
glorious T3 passed
away in a solarized&violet way,
meaning last shots were both
solarized and violet,
I swear it.

So I definitely left the T series (because I hate large sensitive screens) for
the W series and
elected the W150 as next G@tto's weapon !
Amen.

Music Time... in May/09

A Siji's song, 'Yearning for Home', dedicated
to many of the Nigerian diaspora...

(adesijibomi)

"The concept of the video was to shed light on my constant longing for my ancestral homeland Nigeria
where I grew up. It was thus crucial for me to convey the sense of nostalgia we immigrants come to feel
when far away from that which we affectionately call “Home”. For even though we have come to make
our new homes away from home, there forever remains a deep sense of longing for that which we left
behind. In doing so I chose to depict a number of scenes drawn from my own experiences, which shed
light on a few of the things I come across or do which remind me of my homeland.

Taken from my new album, 'ADESIJI', this song is dedicated to the many displaced around the world
who by choice or circumstance find themselves without a place of sanctuary, comfort or rest and now
yearn for a place to call Home".

May Day... in Paris

Workers of the world, awaken !
Rise in all your splendid might

Take the wealth that you are making,
It belongs to you by right.
No one will for bread be crying

We'll have freedom, love and health,
When the grand red flag is flying

In the Workers' Commonwealth.
