The very first espresso coffee bar machines appeared in northern Italy
at the beginning of the '20th century, in Milano, Biella and Brescia.

Those powerful machines built around 1914 were widely sold and they spreaded
to Europe, and then the world, the habit of drinking italian-syle espresso coffee
at the bar.

Best Coffee Spot in Paris
1 - A good, basic, coffee machine,
2 - Top branded arabica coffe (Illy, Musetti, Vergnano, Segafredo...),
3 - Water,
4 - Fine granulated sugar,
5 - Coffee cups & coffe spoons,
6 - Milk cream.
Directions :
Put sugar in a cup, add first coffee drops from the machine
and stir* until you whisk it up white, then add the rest of coffe
and a hint of cream.
Light up a cigar/ette and relax...

Coffea arabica is a species of coffee indigenous
to Ethiopia. It is also known as the "coffee shrub
of Arabia", "mountain coffee" or "arabica coffee".
Coffea arabica is believed to be the first species
of coffee to be cultivated, being grown in southwest
Arabia for well over 1,000 years.
It is considered to produce better coffee than the
other major commercially grown coffee species
(robusta).

d’un Far West légendaire.
Martha Jane Canary nait le 1er mai 1852 à Princeton au Missouri.
Elle a deux frères et trois sœurs dont elle est l'aînée. Leurs parents
les laissant souvent livrés à eux-mêmes, elle apprend très tôt à
s'occuper d'eux. Enfant, elle aime beaucoup s'amuser à l'extérieur
et apprend tôt à monter à cheval, arrivant à dresser bientôt les plus
têtus d'entre eux.
En 1865, la famille part pour le Montana. Elle a alors treize ans.
Pendant le voyage, qui dure cinq mois, elle participe à la chasse
avec les hommes. Un an après leur arrivée, sa mère (Charlotte
Canary) meurt. La même année, la famille émigre à nouveau, cette
fois pour Salt Lake City, Utah, où son père meurt en 1868.
C'est alors qu'elle commence la vie aventureuse qui la rendra célèbre. Elle rejoint deux ans plus tard le général
Custer en qualité de scout. Elle fait campagne en Arizona contre les Indiens.
C'est à cette époque qu'elle commence à porter des habits d'hommes. Elle exécute de dangereuses missions,
participe à plusieurs campagnes et devient très habile au tir.
D'après ses mémoires, c'est pendant sa période scout qu'elle gagne le surnom de Calamity Jane.
