ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for your comment at our Blog. :) A "bicerin" in Torino means "bicchiere" and is a bittersweet hot drink made of coffee (espresso), hot chocolate and cream, layered in a small glass. It's very good. ;)
Coffee with grappa is usually called "caffé corretto".

I'm from Biella, they didn't serve that "bicerin" when I lived there - the most was a "punch", orange, tangerine, even coffee taste. Yum !

ReplyDeleteI recommend bicerin too - it seems to be most famous in Turin, probably invented there - some of my friends in Milan have never heard of it.
