event will take place at the Biarritz Bellevue-Casino,
on the French Basque coast.

TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events, that bring people together to share a
TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks videos and live speakers combine to
spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events
are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.

The world has never known a lasting peace time between different countries, people,
or neighbors, nor even between members of one family. Because our world has not
experienced this state that we call peace, we do need to learn tolerance, cooperation
and sharing. In short, it seems we should change our behavior.
