Place de la République, Paris XI, on May 7th (...)
Tens of thousands of innocent civilians are trapped
in a shrinking 3 square kilometer (1.6 miles) conflict
zone, bombarded by government artillery and used
as human shields by the rebels.
The Japanese government, Sri Lanka's major donor and close regional partner, has
the power to help stop this humanitarian disaster.

"The Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF)
has embarked on an ambitious coastal restoration
project, involving the removal of the wreckage of
a tanker vessel from the ocean around the
Beach
Government Area of Lagos State.
According to a statement released by the NCF,
the wreck was the result of an explosion that
occurred aboard the tanker sometime in 1997.
Abandoned by the owners of the vessel since
then, the wreckage has constituted an unwarranted boulder around the coastal baseline,
disrupting the natural hydrological flow of the ocean".

Look at this well 12 years ago and nowadays to appreciate the coastal progressive

Are these people :
- monk candidates,
- extras for a movie,
- bringing their linen to the laundry,
- what else ?
According to an unverified source, this pic would come from Britain's government communication head quarters (GCHQ), electronically monitoring the world from space (wrong angle, wrong uniforms, wrong time, etc.).
